Shipping policy
Where We Ship
Elaré Studio currently ships within the United States only, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $3.99
- Free standard shipping on orders of $69 or more
- Limited-time promotion: complimentary shipping on all orders, applied automatically at checkout
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT on a Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from dispatch.
Our pieces are made and shipped in small batches. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — weather and carrier delays may extend transit beyond our control.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please allow several business days for the first scan event to appear. A tracking number that has not yet updated is normal and does not mean your order has not shipped. We ask that you allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less the original shipping cost, or reshipped at the customer expense.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us at support@elarestudio.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but not received should be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
